What is Next Horizon?

Next Horizon is a European logistics platform for brands that ship across Europe. It gives every item one identity at the source and reads the systems a brand already runs, store, carriers, ERP, WMS and OMS, through that identity. Multi-carrier shipping, consolidated tracking, returns and the EU Digital Product Passport sit on one subscription, starting at 149 EUR per month.

Does Next Horizon replace my existing systems?

No. Next Horizon replaces none of them. The store, the ERP, the warehouse system and the carrier accounts all stay in place. What changes is that they are read through one shared item identity, so they finally describe the same item in the same words.

Which countries does Next Horizon cover?

Negotiated last mile rates are live in France and the United Kingdom, with a small set of directly contracted partners. Everywhere else, customers connect their own carrier accounts to the same console and keep their own rates, with tracking, returns, invoice audit and the passport working identically.

How much does Next Horizon cost?

A Free plan covers 20 labels and 20 passports a month on your own carrier contracts. Starter is 149 EUR per month for 330 shipping labels and 350 product passports. Growth is 449 EUR for 1,300 labels and 1,400 passports. Scale is 949 EUR for 3,300 labels and 3,600 passports. Annual billing takes 15 percent off any plan. Enterprise is quoted on your stack. Freight is rebilled at the negotiated carrier cost with zero markup.

How is Next Horizon different from a multi-carrier shipping tool?

A shipping tool starts at the label and ends at delivery, so it follows a parcel. Next Horizon starts at the purchase order and follows the item, which survives consolidation, warehouse receipt, re-picking and return. That is also what makes the Digital Product Passport a by-product of shipping rather than a separate compliance project.

Is the Digital Product Passport included?

Yes, in every plan rather than as an add-on. Passports are minted at the source and each logistics event appends to them, which is what makes ESPR readiness a consequence of shipping normally instead of a project run alongside it.
