ESPR will reach most categories sold into the EU. The expensive version of that is a compliance project two years from now, reconciling items you never serialised. The cheap version is this page: the passport is already in your plan, and each logistics event appends to it as the item moves.
Passports are included, not sold separately. Starter carries 350 a month, Growth 1,400, Scale 3,600. If you want to know where your category stands, the readiness check takes about four minutes.

Which e-commerce platforms connect natively?
Shopify, WooCommerce and PrestaShop have native two-way connectors today. Marketplace and headless connections, including eBay and TikTok Shop, are scoped per account. The full current list with status is on the integrations page.
Do I have to use Next Horizon carrier rates?
No. Bring your own carrier contracts and your negotiated rates stay exactly as they are. Labels printed on your own contracts simply count against your plan allowance. Where we hold negotiated rates, currently France and the United Kingdom, you can switch them on lane by lane and compare.
Is there a markup on shipping?
No. Freight appears on the invoice at the negotiated carrier price as a pass-through line with zero markup. Next Horizon makes its money on the subscription, not on your freight, which is why the rate comparison in the console is worth trusting.
What happens if I go over my label or passport allowance?
Nothing breaks. Extra labels and passports are billed per unit past the allowance. If overages become a normal month for you, the next plan up is usually cheaper than the overage.
