Terms of use
What you get from using this site, what we expect in return, and the framework that applies to evaluation access to the platform.
1. Site publisher
The horizonlogistics.eu site is published by Next Horizon Logistics Solutions, a company being set up within the European Union. For any question about these terms, contact contact@horizonlogistics.eu.
2. Scope
These terms govern access to horizonlogistics.eu, the use of information shown on it, and the procedure to register for evaluation access to the Next Horizon platform. They are not a binding commercial offer. Any commercial commitment is subject to a separate contract.
3. Acceptance
Using the site implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
4. Evaluation access
Evaluation access is granted after a scoping conversation. Its purpose is to allow product evaluation under defined operational conditions. It is:
- Free during the evaluation phase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Time-limited and bounded by a functional scope agreed together.
- Subject to feedback on the product experience, in a form agreed in advance.
Next Horizon reserves the right to change the evaluation scope, to suspend access in case of misuse and to end the evaluation phase with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual property
All site content (text, visuals, logos, platform screenshots) is the property of Next Horizon or its partners. Any reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Third-party marks and logos referenced belong to their respective owners.
6. Personal data
Processing of your personal data is described in the privacy policy. By submitting a form, you confirm you have read it.
7. External links
The site contains links to external resources (CIRPASS-2, W3C, supervisory authorities, etc.). Next Horizon is not responsible for the content of these third-party sites or their privacy practices.
8. Availability
We take reasonable care to keep the site and the platform available. Temporary unavailability for maintenance or technical reasons remains possible. During the evaluation phase, no contractual service level commitment applies.
9. Liability
The site is provided for information purposes. Illustrative elements (volumes, screenshots, operational scenarios) are examples. No operational decision should be made on their basis alone. Within the limits permitted by law, Next Horizon cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the site or the evaluation phase.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law applicable within the European Union. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the registered office of the publisher, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
11. Changes
These terms may evolve. The date at the top indicates the last applicable version. For any substantial change during a direct relationship, we will inform you by email.
