Four ways in. The same thread underneath.
A brand's supply chain is a mosaic of systems that do not talk to each other. We replace none of them. We give every item one identity at the source, and every system after that is read through it. Where you start depends on where it hurts first.
E-commerce
You sell online and the order is clean until it leaves the store. After that it is carrier portals, spreadsheets and a tracking page nobody owns. Connect the store, keep your own carrier contracts or use ours, and put labels, tracking, returns and billing on one console.
Start at the storeEnd to end
The brand goes blind when the purchase order leaves the ERP. Between the factory and the front door an item changes hands about eleven times, and each handoff writes to a system that does not know about the others. One identity, minted early, read at every handoff.
Start at the factoryDigital Product Passport
ESPR is coming for the categories you sell in, and a passport project bolted on later means reconciling identities you never minted. Mint the passport at the source instead and let every logistics event append to it. Compliance becomes a by-product of shipping.
Start at the passportCare labels Beta
Identity born earlier than the warehouse. The care label your factory already sews into the garment carries the item identity and the passport link, so the item is addressable from the moment it exists, not from the moment someone scans a carton.
Start at the labelWe replace none of your systems. We give every item one identity at the source and read every system through it.
Your store stays your store. Your ERP stays your ERP. The warehouse keeps the system its people already know. What changes is that all of them are finally talking about the same item, in the same words.
Which one is you.
Most brands recognise themselves in one line of this table and start there. The others switch on later without a migration, because the identity was already there.
| If this is the problem | Start here | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Orders are clean, delivery is a black box | E-commerce | Live |
| Everything before the warehouse is invisible | End to end | Live |
| ESPR lands on your category and nothing is serialised | Product passport | Live |
| You want identity on the item before it is ever boxed | Care labels | Beta |
| You are on an ERP and want your own environment | Enterprise | Live |
You do not have to pick the biggest one. Every plan carries the passport, and the identity minted on your first label is the same identity the end to end view uses later. Starting small does not cost you a rebuild.
Where the moving part sits.
Solutions are what you buy. Transport is what actually moves, and we contract for it separately so the two never get confused on an invoice.
Questions we get asked.
What is the difference between the Solutions and the Transport pages?
Solutions are the products you subscribe to: e-commerce shipping, end to end orchestration, the Digital Product Passport and care labels. Transport is the physical movement we contract for on your behalf: last mile delivery, fulfilment and freight. They are priced separately. Subscription covers the console, the labels and the passports in your plan allowance. Freight is rebilled at the negotiated carrier cost with zero markup.
Do I have to replace my store, ERP or warehouse system?
No. Next Horizon reads and synchronises with the systems you already run and never replaces them. Store connectors are two-way and native. ERP and WMS connectors are scoped with your team under the enterprise offer.
Can I start with one solution and add the others later?
Yes, and that is the normal path. The item identity minted the first time you print a label is the same identity every later solution reads, so adding end to end visibility or the passport later is a switch, not a migration.
Is the Digital Product Passport an add-on?
No. Every plan from Starter upward includes product passports in its monthly allowance, because compliance is meant to fall out of the shipping flow rather than be run as a separate project.
What does the care labels beta include today?
It is in beta and not generally available. It is the item identity and passport link carried on the care label sewn in at the factory, so identity exists before the first carton is packed. Contact us if you want to be in the pilot group.
