Your warehouse or 3PL

In one line

Your warehouse or 3PL stays. We connect it, announce inbound stock about a week ahead, read the receipt at item level, and introduce a partner site only where you need one.

Your warehouse or 3PL stays where it is. The site itself usually works, and the cost sits in how it reports (in its own vocabulary, a day late, at pallet level), so the first anyone hears of a short delivery is when a customer orders the unit that never arrived. So we connect the site you have and change the data it can see.

Your warehouse system

Your warehouse management system stays, and is read through the item identity, so inbound, putaway, allocation and dispatch line up with the purchase order on one side and the outbound label on the other. The same goes for your store, your ERP and your carrier accounts: nothing moves, and we connect your ERP and your warehouse system to your account, so the purchase order, the receipt and the stock record refer to the same units.

Item-level inbound notice

Because the item identity is allocated when the order goes to the factory, the inbound announcement to the warehouse lists the allocated units themselves instead of a forecast. A warehouse can see the incoming units about a week ahead, down to the item, so space and people are planned in time. When the consignment lands, receipt is reconciled at item level: the units that arrived are checked against the units announced, and a short delivery shows up on the day as a named list of missing items.

The warehouse should learn the contents of a delivery from the purchase order, before the lorry arrives.

One stock record, across sites

Stock is shown per product and per location as four plain numbers (available, committed, unavailable and on hand), and those four are the same for the storefront, the warehouse and the accountant. Allocation knows the history of the unit being picked. A return arrives as the same item that went out, so the receiving site knows the item before the box is opened, and good stock goes back on sale from wherever it landed.

Partner sites, under the same contract

Where you need space in a market where you have no site, we introduce a partner site under the same contract and the same account, so you get the space without running a tender and the site reports into the same view as the rest of your chain. The buildings and the people in them belong to the operators, and each partner site is matched to your product and your volume.

The warehouse in the journey

The warehouse is the stop between freight and the last mile. The leg before it, from the factory into the warehouse, is arranged through our freight partners and is covered in Freight. The leg after it starts with the label, where the carrier is chosen under a rule you set. The item's identity runs through every leg, so a purchase order, a receipt and a delivery refer to the same units.

Questions we get asked.

Do you own or operate warehouses?

No. We connect the fulfilment sites a brand already uses and introduce partner sites where a brand needs one in a new market.

Does my 3PL have to change its software?

No. The warehouse system your 3PL already runs stays, and we connect to it and read it through the item identity.

How much notice does the warehouse get?

About a week, built from the item identities allocated on the purchase order rather than from a forecast. The receipt is then checked against that announcement item by item.

We need stock in a country where we have no site. Can you help?

Yes. We introduce a partner site under the same contract and the same account, so the site reports into the same view and you skip the tender. The site is matched to your product and your volume.

See it on your own orders.

A 30-minute call on your own flows, with a clear answer at the end.
