Plans and allowances

In one line

The plan pays for the software, labels and passports count against an allowance, and shipping is never in the plan price because it is the carrier's price, passed through.

Every plan follows the same rule, so that nothing on an invoice is a surprise: the plan pays for the software, and shipping is the carrier's price, passed through on its own line.

The four plans

Free is 0 euros, with 20 labels and 20 passports a month on your own carrier contracts, hard-capped, for as long as you like. Starter is 149 euros a month for 330 labels and 350 passports, Growth 449 euros for 1,300 and 1,400, Scale 949 euros for 3,300 and 3,600. Paid annually, the same plans come to 127, 382 and 807 euros a month, which is 15% off. There are no setup fees on any of them. Enterprise has no list price. It is quoted on your volumes and integrations as one yearly contract, covering connectors to your ERP, EDI and custom APIs and a dedicated environment when the contract requires it, and we reply to a written request within 24 business hours.

Prices are in euros and exclusive of tax; VAT is added on the invoice at the rate in force. A business outside France is invoiced without French VAT under the reverse-charge rule, with the mention on the invoice.

The two meters

A label is a shipping label, outbound or return. Return labels count against the same allowance as outbound ones rather than being priced separately, because a return reads against the identity the outbound label created. A passport is one item record, created on its own as products and orders flow in from your store. Batch passports, for goods you track by production run rather than by unit, have their own smaller allowance from Starter up. AI use carries daily allowances on every plan, and only sustained heavy use is invoiced per million tokens.

Past an allowance, extra labels and passports are billed per unit at your plan's unit rate, and if overages become your normal month the next plan up is usually cheaper. The Free plan is the exception: its caps are hard, and when the month's twenty are used the next label waits for the next month or for a paid plan.

The plan is the software. The parcel is the carrier's price. They never share a line.

Shipping on top

On your own carrier contracts, your rates stay as negotiated and labels count against the allowance. On our negotiated rates, live in France and the United Kingdom including the lanes between them, shipping appears on the invoice at the carrier's price as a pass-through line with zero markup, lane by lane. We are paid for the software only: a subscription, a per-label fee past the allowance and a per-passport fee past the allowance. How we bill shipping walks through the invoice itself.

Billing and renewal

Starter and Growth are billed monthly by card, Starter after a 30-day trial. Scale runs on an annual invoice and Enterprise on a yearly contract, both renewing each year. A plan price changes only at your next renewal, with reasonable notice. Passport data stays accessible for the period the regulation requires, because a passport outlives the subscription that created it.

Support, per plan

Every paid plan includes phone and email support. From Growth up, your calls and tickets jump the queue. Enterprise support is backed by a service level agreement. The Free plan has email support. Onboarding help is included on every plan, which Onboarding and support describes.

Questions we get asked.

Do return labels count against my allowance?

Yes, the same allowance as outbound labels. They are not priced separately.

What happens if I go over in a busy month?

Extra labels and passports are billed per unit at your plan's rate, and the account keeps working. If it happens every month, look at the next plan, which is usually cheaper at that volume.

How are the plans billed?

Starter and Growth monthly by card, Starter after its 30-day trial. Scale on an annual invoice and Enterprise on a yearly contract. Annual billing takes 15% off any plan.

Is the Free plan a trial?

No. It is 0 euros for 20 labels and 20 passports a month, for as long as you want it, on your own carrier contracts. The trial is on Starter: 30 days on the full Starter allowance, with the card taken at sign-up, then 149 euros a month.
